Does Rock Pedal come with a beater?
Yes. While the beater isn't necessary (unless using a practice pad), each Rock Pedal does include a beater (mallet).
Does Rock Pedal come with a practice pad?
No. The pedal does not include a practice pad. The practice pad is an optional accessory that will add a more realistic sound and feel to your Rock Band experience.
What are the shipping options in the United States?
We use FedEx for all deliveries in the United States, except Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, APO, etc. For the 48 States, our standard option is FedEx Home or FedEx Ground, which takes up 5 business days. The closer you are to Orlando, FL--the quicker you will receive your package. We also offer FedEx 2-Day and Standard Overnight options. I think those are self explanatory. For Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO and Puerto Rico, we use USPS Priority and Express Shipping. The prices for all options will appear when you add products to your shopping cart and type in your mailing address.
What are the shipping options outside of the United States?
Outside of the US, there are two options: USPS Priority International which takes about 10 business days and USPS Express International which takes about 6 business days. Both options come with insurance and a tracking number. The exact prices will display once you add products to your cart and type in your mailing address.
Does Rock Pedal work with the ION Drum Rocker?
Yes, Rock Pedal is 100% compatible with the ION Drum Rocker. You will need a small adapter though. Just click "Yes" at checkout and I'll throw the required adapter in your package--free of charge. We do have a premium adapter available as well.
Does Rock Pedal work with Rock Band 2?
Does Rock Pedal work with Guitar Hero World Tour?
Rock Pedal does work with Guitar Hero World Tour through the RB1, RB2, or ION drum kits. Rock Pedal will also work with the actual Guitar Hero World Tour drum kit, but an adapter must be used. We don't currently sell such an adapter, but we are working on it. For a faster solution, I would suggest Google and the Rock Band forum.
Can you use two Rock Pedals at the same time?
You can use two Rock Pedals at the same time, but they will not be independent of one another. If you hold one pedal down, the other will not do anything. In order to utilize two Rock Pedals for the true double bass drum experience, you must use a special adapter. We don't currently sell such an adapter, but we are working on it. In the meantime, these both work: Rock Band Double Adapter and the Roadie Coupler.
